Triplicate Non-Carbon Required books. Same range but 3-part (original + 2 copies).

DCR

Duplicate Carbon Required books. Old-style duplicate books that use loose carbon paper.

TCR

Triplicate Carbon Required books. Old-style triplicate books that use loose carbon paper.

PETTY

Petty Cash Book — spiral bound, duplicate, 200 sets.

RECPT

Receipt Book — spiral bound, duplicate, 200 sets.

THITD

Pack 1 = a single book. Pack 5 = a sealed pack of 5. We sell 2-pack / 3-pack / 10-pack / 25-pack too, but we bundle those ourselves at the warehouse from single books — they're not on this order.

How the numbers were worked out

For each book we asked five questions and combined the answers:

How many did we sell in the last 12 months? Pulled every direct sale of the single book from Linnworks.
How many extra were used to make our own bundles? When we sell a 2-pack, 3-pack, 10-pack or 25-pack, we assemble it at the warehouse from single books — those single books got used up too. Added in.
Strip the "not a real sale" lines. A 12-month audit of every order (103,115 in total) found internal flows — FBA restock, samples, donations, resends, import/export sentinels. Removed from demand.
Add a safety buffer. Lead time from China is 60 days. King's safety-stock formula at 95% service level covers demand variability + late shipments. Roughly 5% on top of the average run.
Subtract what we already have. Warehouse stock + already-reserved + already-in-transit.

Result = how many we need this round. Anything where on-hand stock already covers 1+ year of demand has been dropped from the list — not for ordering.

Caveats — read before placing

These numbers are likely a touch low, not high. Working off raw 12-month sales without an OOS-aware adjustment — if any of these SKUs were out of stock during the year, we lost sales we can't see.
Stock figures pulled from Linnworks 2026-05-26. If anything's been received or sent since, working stock has moved — check before placing.
TNCR-8009 (Sales Invoice Triplicate) is the biggest line by a long way — 1,121 single books. Worth a sanity check.
DNCR-8008 series is excluded — marked Discontinued in Linnworks. Confirm we don't want a final clearance batch.
Safety stock uses a 60-day lead time and ±20% lead time variability. If Sally is consistently faster/slower than that, the buffer is slightly off.

Full data audit — what we checked

82-SKU universe pulled from Linnworks (15 base sellers + 67 composite parents covering 2-pack / 3-pack / 5-pack / 10-pack / 25-pack variants).
Full 12 months of processed orders walked: 103,115 orders. 2,817 of them touched one of our 82 SKUs.
Channel mix: 78% Amazon FBA, 18% Amazon MFN, 6% eBay, the rest direct / TikTok / sample / donation / import-export.
17 distinct Source × SubSource combinations. 248 of them were £0 (not real sales — internal flows). Stripped from demand.
Non-sale buckets stripped: Direct-FBA dispatch (DFBA), Sample giveaways, Resends, Donations, Data-import-export sentinels.

Outstanding questions for Manish

Carton specs from the factory (units per carton / carton dimensions / weight) — needed to convert these unit totals to carton counts for shipping.
DNCR-8008 series — confirm we want it discontinued and don't need a final clearance batch.
TNCR-8009 (Sales Invoice Triplicate) is biggest line by far at 1,121 books — confirm it's the hero of the range.
